While bars that serve food are permitted to be open under current guidance from Gov. Ducey's office and the Arizona Department of Health Services, capacity is limited and large parties are advised against.
But while many aspects of a typical New Year's Eve are canceled, enjoying a cold cocktail or glass of Champagne doesn't have to be one of them.
