Gold Moves Higher; US Consumer Sentiment Improves In Decembe

U.S. stocks traded higher midway through trading, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 50 points on Friday. The Dow traded up 0.16% to 37,465.58 while the NASDAQ rose 0.28% to 15,005.25. The S&P 500 also rose, gaining, 0.28% to 4,759.82.
