Yet all the while, Kamin worked. But she wasn’t ready to share that she was pregnant. “Whether you’re in office or not, pregnancy is not talked about enough openly, publicly — the good, the bad, the ugly,” Kamin said. “Growing up, pregnancy was just, ‘Beautiful … you’re glowing! Oh, it’s this amazing thing!’ Meanwhile, I’m literally bedridden for three months straight.”
