President Biden’s brother James said he was sitting right next to him during a business call about a now-bankrupt hospital business he allegedly fleeced, according to a new report — mirroring first son Hunter Biden's infamous assertion to a Chinese businessman he was “sitting here with my father” in a shakedown text message.
