COLUMBUS, Ind. â Former Vice President Mike Pence concluded his four years in President Donald Trumpâs administration with a farewell address in his hometown and a promise that he was moving back to the state this upcoming summer. âBack Home Again in Indianaâ played over the speaker shortly before Pence walked up to the podium to speak to more than 60 supporters at the airport in Columbus, Ind. The podium was adorned with the words âBack home again," and a large American flag hung behind Pence. "I've already promised Karen will be moving back to Indiana come this summer." Pence said, offering no details about where in Indiana they might land. "There's no place like home."
