but recall is rarely used, except in the last decade or so. big money has been able to put recalls successfully before the people. now, this one is going to go down to defeat because for a very simple reason. it has no rationale. and the people willing to succeed governor newsom are ridiculous. i mean, their values, their proposals are so far from -- from california, they belong in a foreign country or something. so the recall, i think, it paradoxically is going to strengthen governor newsom and what he is trying to do. so, yeah, we've had this thing since johnson, a governor back in 1913 putting into effect to fight the southern -- the southern pacific railroad that had stranglehold on government. so it's a relic but it's there. but you are going to see the result will be a resounding vote of confidence.
