have been getting some large storms this winter but so far we ha escaped the major storms and overnight we did pick up about one to three inches in northern virginia and in the zone around the district and much of maryland highe amounts in ntheastern maryland. some of e higher regions and south mouain and right along braddock mouain got about four inches there and some of the hi ridges, too, along the blue ridge, as well but later today they could get more snow in western maryland. righ now a few flurries. showing up in theanhandle of west virginiand doing that this morningn washington county, northern frederick county down to braddock mountn and then northern carol county. they're sort of snow themselves out and as they do we'll have a few remnant flurries further south
