Russian river has overflowed its banks. The once pristine shoreline now awash in a sea of mud and deb s debris. Residents many of them living in tents, moved out before the flooding. Its spectacular to see the river come back and north nature say you occupy a lot of space here, but im in charge. Reporter down the road to the west, the river bend rv park is largely under water.
