and there it is, it's on page 232 of our simply happy -- # 2 -- 222 of our simply happy cookbook. the bacon makes it beautiful and, you know what? st simple to make. let's start by sauteeing onions and garlic million brown and set that aside. in a large bowl, mix together ketchup, a couple of eggs, a1 sauce, worcester sauce, a cup of bread crumbs, a can of diced chill lees and then the -- chiles and mix it together. time for the meat. we use a beef, veal, pork blend and mix that together into a big meatball. place that into a baking dish and form a loaf. now grab your bacon and lay out some parchment paper. time to make bacon weave.
