This is at least the third time in the past eight months that bananas have been used to harass black women on campus. Today, another rally is planned for 4 00 p. M. Loudoun county investigators believe a man used media to meet teen girls. The man solicited an ashburn, virginia, girl for sex in march. Detectives say he contacted the teen and gave her transportation to meet him i since march, hes been to at least seven cities around the country and has been posing as someone in his early 20s.
