but think about all the real victims out there that were abducted, that were raped, that were sodomiesed that were torn away from their family and many killed and what's the next jury going to think? were they pull ago carle e. rachel: yeah, the potential consequence was my next question. she could face jail time and will have to pay a fine if they catch her and charge her with this. you're right, it's the right thing to do because of what the cops weren't able to do as they're checking out this really bizarre, crazy story from this really unstable woman. >> one more thing about this, i've had to work a lot of holidays, thanksgiving, easter, long nights trying to work criminal cases. imagine these cops out there at night searching, leaving their families and their children and their wives, husbands at home to look for carlee. rachel: it's a fantastic point and good reminder to us of all the good work that our law enforcement does.
