They tell me this 16yearold is still on the run. Theyve been trying find him all night. He was on his way actually here to the building behind me to face charges when he escaped. Police say 16 year old had a seem singletary is on the run handcuffed in the front. Detectives say he committed thee armed robberies and two home inn vagues in pennsylvania earlier this year. Just before police tried to make an arrest, Authorities Say singletary plead he had flowed tennessee then to florida where authorities found him in a stolen car in jacksonville area. Police hired a private company to transport him to face the charges and Authorities Say singletary was in the
