Went through. i want to focus on something you touched upon and again, want to focus on the bravery of the men that day, 80 years ago. if d-day happened today, would the outcome be the same or is the 18 year old in 1944 too far removed from the 18 year old today? jonathan: reliance on technology is too great. i think a lot of training that occurs now is dependent on technology and training they had back then, mission they carried out were based on grit and determination and great strategic and tactical planning and also department of war at that time, not department of defense, which is progressive movement. department of war was dead set on victory and eliminating an enemy and that is the difference

Could appeal his conviction. his first crack at that appeal you ll fail. the appeals court upheld his conviction. the justice department says, it s time for steve bannon to pay the price to serve his sentence and bannon s attorneys believe you should be allowed to remain free until you exhaust all of his appeal options, including going to the supreme court if necessary, wolf and joey, steve bannon, as you know, he s been successful in delaying his sentence in the past. do you think you ll be able to do the same today so wilfredo be at judicial determination, obviously, but i think we have as we look there, that he was found guilty and july of 22, he is convicted at those two counts at sara spoke to number one, who was supposed to produce documents. he didn t he was supposed to show up. he didn t. and then the sentence was effectuating in october of that year. and of course, we know wolf that he appealed that sentence. they kept him out they stayed the sentence pending the appeal. and so today s argument really will be whether he you should go in or whether the appellate process should be exhausted. i think briefly wolffian having this discussion, we have to separate the person discussed

while erika, this is really a continuing legal fight about whether it s time for steve bannon to face the repercussions of his decision to defy that house committee that was investigating the january 6 attack on the us capitol, as you pointed out, he was years ago when steve bannon was convicted, it was july 2022 when our jury found him guilty of two counts of contempt of congress for refusing to provide testimony and refusing to provide documents to that house committee investigating january 6, the judge sentenced him to four months behind bars for that, but the judge put a hold on his sentence and allowed band into remain free while he appealed his conviction, his first crack at that appeal, though, failed. the appeals court rejected it, upheld his conviction. now the justice department says, it s time for bannon to be behind bars. man, as attorneys say, he deserves more time to ask the full appeals court to revisit this decision and go to the supreme court if necessary. wow, this sounds like tactic we ve seen in other cases in terms of delaying and dragging

Counts. keep all of that in mind as you consider what are actually unusual partisan attacks. we have rogue prosecutors around the country that have drug president trump through this process because of who he has been there will be a reckoning on november 5th. this case was rigged from the very beginning. what happened in new york if you applied across all 50 states would be the definition of fascism. this is most outrageous travesty i have ever seen. this is a justice system that hunts republicans while protecting democrats. this certainly was a hoax, a sham. it was not a hoax. they are not targeting people that way. i remind you they have not been able to prove that in court. if you want a reminder the justice department is actually, right now, scheduling is a bit of coincidence. if you follow the news, you will note that cases get bigger and for all sorts of reasons. as it happens, while those were being said, right now the doj is holding a trial of abiding family member and a top democratic senator. does not look like they are
