Science feature of our elementary and secondary education curriculum and thats a challenge. Weve got to have intelligent people coding and creating algorithms that work for all people. Not just one sector of society. And youve got to have a Diverse Workforce to create output that creates a diverse kind of embedded Technology Community that were all going to be living in in the next decade. It starts at home. It starts at the youngest ages. It starts with letting my daughters play on the computer probably more than anybody thinks is appropriate on the weekends. But you know, they sit and they say mom i want to be able to program this game. I want to learn how to do this. So, well be looking for coding camps this summer, in the d. C. Area. But its about attitudes. Its about education. And its about you know, being aware of this the words youre choosing when youre talking to your young people. In your house and in school. I think the other thing is they we all go out and do a lot of this
The speaker pro tempore the prayer will be offered by our chaplain, father conroy. Chaplain conroy let us pray. Almighty god of the universe, we give you thanks for giving us another day. We pray for the gift of wisdom to all with great responsibility in this house, for the leadership of our nation. May all the members have the vision of a nation where respect and understanding are the marks of civility and where honor and integrity are the marks of ones character. As members take time in the coming week for constituency visits, give them the ability to hear the voices of all in their districts, even those with whom they disagree. This is difficult to do so endow them with patience and a discerning ear. Bless us this day and every day and may all that is done within these hallows halls be for your greater honor and glory. Amen. These hallowed halls be for your greater honor and glory, amen. The speaker pro tempore the chair has examined the journal of the last days proceedings and anno
And i will give you the best information nasa has about what is going on with climate and it is not my place to argue about the politics of it. So you know the attack on what a scientist is you know, are we not allowed to be human . Am i not allowed to go on television and say im scared. Its not that im going to tell you what to do but i can tell you my emotional response. It has become very apparent to nasa scientist that delivering more and more data about with god the oceans. I can say the isotopic ratio of the Carbon Dioxide released human activity is doing this and its not the sun because weve been studying the sun very closely for 30 years. So all of these data are not helping in the debate. So instead, we try to drop back into storytellers as people and human beings trying to tell the story. I will wrap up with one quick anecdote. If you ever wonder how much of an entertainment value people get out of this very debate come i appeared on fox and friends this year and steve ducey

Hate crime, it may or may not turn out to be kalea killed motivated by antireligious or eight husband antimuslim sentiment. If it is a hate crime, they do come up with that evidence the point here is it would not make much of a difference legally in North Carolina. The suspect here is charged with firstdegree murder. That North Carolina is a state that has the Death Penalty. North carolina has a hate crime law, but it doesnt apply to situations like this. In other words it would not be if he were convicted, it would not be a factor that the jury would consider in deciding whether or not to seek the Death Penalty instead of life in prison. Its not what they call an aggravating factor. It wouldnt come into play. It could be a bit of evidence offered to the jury, but ift legally wouldnt make a difference in terms of the severity of the charges in a firstdegree murder case. The federal government can pursue a hate crime case. In cases of murder the federal government doesnt do that unless
