isn't the supreme court took the bruen case which then ended up invalidating new york's concealed carry law. one, why is that supreme court case, that decision, so dangerous in the hands of a unfriendly republican governor in new york? what could he do? >> i think we need to realize that we have had this kind of division in the country, blue states could say, oh we are kind of blue states because we have these gun laws. look at all these shootings happening red states. the supreme court turned that upside down by basically saying to have a gun on your state, you need to show that it is commensurate with how we thought about conspirator years ago in a way. the thing is that opens a market for places like new york to have kind of been laws, or the lack of gun laws, that you see in red states. when that happened it really falls on the governor's office, right? the defender of public safety to get we have a dense area
