The time we act first and study later. We have been engaged in this war against extremism for the last 13 years. We have no strategy. Almost everything was being handled by the military. And a lot of it was off the cuff. A lot of it was knee jerk. There were a lot of problems on who was responsible and who was accountable. So for the first time when i took over when this government took office i think one of the first imperatives for all of us was to have a strategy, have a policy. So that is the reason we worked almost six months. We worked with the military, we worked with the provinces, the provinces are a very, very important part in the whole organizational setup, and it was difficult. It was easier working with the military. It was more difficult working with my fellow colleagues in the provinces. We worked with a whole lot of experts, with the media, National Security experts, and it took us almost seven to eight months ....

Shows the way in which people are actually equally qualified can be put in an environment in which the context will do something within them that actually makes them perform less well than they would in another context and this been replicated in scores of studies. It applies not just to members of traditionally disadvantaged groups like women on difficult math test, for example. If you tell them nothing they will do as well as the men. If you remove that stereotype threat by saying, host of the time women dont do as well as men on difficult tasks but thats not true at this particular test the scores will be less. The same with white men playing basketball against the black man or white men doing against asians et cetera. So what would it mean to try to disrupt these processes of different creation . Well again, here i would have to refer to a lot of the social Science Literature but let me give you a few quick examples. First ....

Has a major anymore empathetic to the people you work with . That could be a very long answer. I used to think that people cared about me and maybe celebrated the results that i was able to generate because they cared about what i was doing, but i did know the people love me for who i am. And after the news, after i sent my letter to 7500 people 1000 of them wrote to the emails of encouragement and what are you doing next. I have nothing to offer you anymore. I realized for the first time in my life at the age of 31 that i was lovable as a human and as a person, not just as a leader who is generating results. And that love has been transformative and healing in my life. I hate talk about the mistakes i have made but at the same time its liberating to not hide undertake many leaders almost all leaders have done something at some point in their career that it became to light would make them lose their leadership. And most people dont get the liberty, freedom of actually getting to speak ....

40,000 feet it looks clear if youre in the weeds its a little murkier. You mentioned the family jewels. Imagine the irancontra situation. You look at the cold war the human debris is massive. Where does he stand on these issues are how to see reflect . Is this just Collateral Damage because this is about right and wrong . Does he have thoughts about these things . If so what is his take .
