Denver parks and reck is now issuing a temporary directive. Allowing police to give out 90 day park suspensions. Banning anyone caught buying. Selling or using drugs for 3 months. Violaters of that suspension and close to a thousand dollars in fines. Its one piece of a puzzle. As the city tackles growing concern. Over drug use. And homelessness. From the 16 street mall. To makeshift camps and city parks. The new effort hopes to target drug dealers. And offer assistance ....

Weather together. Milwaukee police are investigating 4 armed robberies in 3 hours on the citys east side overnight. The first robbery took place near the uwm campus. With the others taking place near humbolt and pleasant. Water and brady. And cass street near lyon. Police suspect the robberies are all related due to the proximity and witness descriptions however they have not yet identified a suspect. Cracking down on street racing especially on the citys northwest side. Police are working to get information, like car descriptions and license plates numbers. So they can track down offenders. Police say in just one week, the effort has already led to three citations being issued. Supporters of steven avery gathered at the Manitowoc County courthouse today, hoping to see a significant step forward in the effort to free the convicted killer.
