I think thats the first time thats happened since 1934. Unemployment dropped to 13. 3 . Still way too high, but a sharp contrast from the expectations and projections of economists. It showed 87 of those polled felt that individuals of their race are more likely than whites to experience Excessive Force. 49 of white americans say police are more likely to use Excessive Force against a black culprit, and 39 of whites say police are just as likely to use Excessive Force regardless of race.
