In new jersey, a number of state and federal agencies there investigating after a pipe bomb exploded on the jersey shore this morning. The explosive found in a trash can in seaside park along the route of a marine corps charity run. The explosion happened just before thousands of runners were expected to take off. Fortunately, the race was delayed and the runners were went off. Officials say they dont know who left it or why. What the intentions of the individual we dont know at this point, whether criminal or terroristic. Its obvious it was meant to affect the run. Reid race canceled, some homes near the scene evacuated as a precaution. Those residents have been allowed to return to their homes.
