Sunshine gardens neighborhood is being warned not to drink tap water. This yesterday morning a cal water operator noticed someone cut the locks on one of the 250,000gallon water tanks. He found graffiti and possible tampering with the venting system. They took initial water samples. Its a very heavy system. We dont think there was a breach.
