I was very lucky to get a post doctorate at wharton and have always taught in Business Schools but i want to recapture today, if i can, that sense of optimism and idealism in the shadows of this awful pandemic and the really devastation that has occurred in the world and in many communities. I still remain incredibly optimistic that we will find our way out of it that we will find our way to Racial Justice and that we will build a better world which is what all of us, i think, would like to do.
