Discovered that hundreds of feet melted in the firestorm. We learned that cross creek road about two miles from where we are right now is in the process of being shut down. It was because it was discovered that melted drain pipes run underneath the road that could compromise it and could obviously be the problem. At the surface level, covered completely so rain stays out of them and its becoming a big issue here in Fountain Grove. We are asking residents to be extra vigilant. Thats the warning to residents in the Fountain Grove neighborhood after this underground twisted plastic storm drain pipe was melted by the fire. In some cases destroyed. They created this sinkhole at the foot of new bury court. Four feet wide and seven feet deep. They are repairing the sinkhole and melted drain pipe is all over.
