the mountain ranges will also see quite a bit of rain. again, this is for the entire weekend. and that s right. some areas in the mountains around napa, sonoma, could see about five inches of rain. also heavy rain expected around the santa cruz mountains and san jose mountain ranges as well. coming up, we ll talk about what is going to happen when all this rain ends. and it s going to feel a little fall-like. thanks, jennifer. well, health concerns tonight in contra costa county flaring at a refinery in rodeo is affecting air quality, and people with respiratory issues are being told to stay inside. the conoco phillips refinery is causing the refinery to burn off excessive fuel. bad air quality affects rodeo and also the neighboring town of crockett. while a shelter in place hasn t been issued, the health department does say people with asthma or emphysema could have trouble breathing outdoors. there s no estimate how long those noxious fumes will be around. just ....
