Reporter investigators in south florida trying to figure out how a car on a ferry plunged into the water, killing two women. Car went in the water just as it pulled away from the dock at Fisher Island. Reporter 63yearold emma afra and 75yearold Viviane Brahms seen here in photos were inside that car.
