CAA extends breathing space for operators of Pacific Aerospace aircraft 3 Mar, 2021 04:38 AM 3 minutes to read There is some good news for owners and operators of aircraft made by Pacific Aerospace, now in interim liquidation - New Zealand s Civil Aviation Authority has extended its decision not to revoke the planemaker s certifications. The veteran Waikato planemaker has more than 300 aircraft in operation around the world and has supplied aircraft to around 80 per cent of the topdressing industry. If the CAA revoked its organisational certificates due to its insolvency, those aircraft could be grounded. We haven t revoked any of PAL s certificates. The type certificates for PAL-produced aircraft are still in place, meaning owners and operators of PAL aircraft can still fly these, a CAA spokesman said.
March 1, 2021 The Petaluma Creamery will have its wastewater discharge permit revoked today by the city. The business is now at risk of closing down if they don’t pay delinquent fines and fees totaling over $1 million by the end of today. Ghaziabad: The health department on Monday revoked the licence of a nursing home in Loni area for allegedly carrying out sex determination tests. Officials said that Krishna Nursing Home in Behta had been conducting the tests using an unregistered ultrasound machine. The owner of the facility and another person have been arrested in the case. Three foetuses, all of which are about three month old, were found in the building. They have been sent for post-mortem, officials said. The crime came to light after a Faridabad health department team reached Ghaziabad and a woman visited the nursing home on Sunday posing as a customer and reported the incident. The nursing home officials allegedly took Rs 15,000 from the woman for a sex determination test.

| 04 February 2021 Following sanctions on the channel in 2020 for failing to preserve due impartiality and a breach of fairness and privacy rules, UK broadcast regulator Ofcom has withdrawn the licence for China Global Television Network (CGTN) to broadcast in the UK. In the UK, broadcasting laws state that broadcast licensees must have control over the licensed service – including editorial oversight over the programmes they show. In addition, under these laws, licence holders cannot be controlled by political bodies. Ofcom says that after an investigation of the activities of the international English-language satellite news channel, it concluded that CGTN’s licence is wrongfully held by Star China Media Limited which did not meet the legal requirement of having control over the licensed service, and so was not a lawful broadcast licensee.
