An hour ago the scene at geary and 7th looked like this. Traffic was being diverted around the smashed bicycle and police cars. Police say an suv driver ran a red light and crashed into the mom and her little girl. Luckily, a pediatrician was nearby and tended to them. We are told the mothers leg was put in a splint.
