As you can imagine its a little chaotic during the evacuation, you know, there were some folks that were evacuated out to west chester university, some folks frankly family they went home with family so were still trying to account for everybody. Reporter from chopper6 we see another view of how intense the flames were. It was a dire situation and by witness accounts there was little time to get get the residents out. In two minutes it was engulfed in flames. Reporter the call in just before 10 30. Running backing in right into the fire at that time it was raging.
