Accused of dealing drugs out of a senior home, Oakland Police arrest a man with history of convictions. His accusations of dealing are about as hard core as you can get. I talked to a disabled senior who understandably did want to go on camera but did want to the share her appalling experience of watching a drug dealer operate out of her building for two years. The dealer, residents say was a 68yearold man who live in this Senior Housing complex in peadmont area of oakland. Of the young women and men in the 20s. Handed over small packets of drugs.
