Its still unclear why, but federal investigators have determined that the new york commuter train was going way too fast when it jumped the track sunday morning. Heres the latest. The metro north trains data recorder showed that the train was going 80 Miles Per Hour when it entered the curve where the posted speed is 30 miles an hour. Its still unclear whether it was mechanical or human error. The trains engineer has been tested for drugs and alcohol. And his cell phone is also being examined. This video released by new york city shows how devastating the crash was. Four people were killed. And over 60 others injured. And this is part of the initial Fire Department emergency call.
