pilots have fallen asleep. in that case, when they were scrambled, they woke up the pilots and the plane and flight proceed and ended safely. usually it's a hiypoxia event o pilots incapacitated for other reasons. sometimes there's a -- >> mary, you mentioned jets that were scrambled in response to this plane. i'm wondering what the protocol is when a vessel like that enters restricted airspace. >> exactly what happened here. any aircraft. whether it's a pilot incapacitated or confused or someone intending ill intent. that's what the understandings and other countries have been trained to do.
misconduct, trump's attorneys have not given any specifics on what they might have, but in theory, what kind of evidence would they need to prove that argument? >> well, boris, that's a good question, if there's something going awry with the case, they think the prosecutors are breaking the rules, maybe something inappropriate was done with a witness, for example, then you go to the inspector general. the fact we don't have team trump either releasing publicly for something they believe has been done improperly, or going to the inspector general, suggests to me they don't have specifics. the one thing they have said, they complained about weeks, but i think if it was the special counsel leaking, i think we would have heard that.

right where you're talking about there. ukraine has pretty much been mum, and we're seeing that. at the same time, you will see what's sort of happening. what do you make of this of the delay and quiet. when people are quiet, there's either no good news to report or keeping something secret in order to do something else. so in this case we're looking at several things going on basically down here where the russians were talking about potential hurting the ukrainians there. you also have a town that is a key point, and the very infamous city of bakhmut that we've been talking about for over nine months. both sides are reporting that the ukrainians are making gains. geffen that that's going on, there's a lot of mixed
