The NY Times reported on the NY State Department of Health study which says fracking can be done safely. The report was never published and has been hidden by Governor Cuomo.
The NY State Petroleum Council praised the report: “These reports confirm what has been clear for some time now: sensible regulations can ensure safe natural gas development will protect land, water and public health.”
Extremist environmentalists are trying to stop fracking or tax it into oblivion though the EPA has not found their concerns about it infiltrating drinking water to be valid.
