'); document.getElementById('appDownload').onclick=function () { location.href="http://ndapp.oeeee.com/preindex/?ext_link_jsonpack="+encodeURIComponent('{"id":"BAAFRD000020210722523299","type":"doc","sign":"75930870246d08fb8ad90aa04e5de9a1"}'); } } })(); 实名引导、隐私保护，青少年模式上线两年，这些举措神助攻！青少年模式，无疑是平台回应社会需求的一次自我革新，在“青少年模式”这个切口上，究竟该如何升级，落实保障？为此，南都大数据研究院在今年6月至7月再次展开测评，推出“平台青少年模式，走心了吗？”系列报道。这两年来，或许你已经习惯了每次打开音视频或直播App时跳出的“青少年模式”弹窗。其起源于2019年国家网信办对数十家网络视频及直播平台的指导试点，后逐渐催生出互联网产品与未成年人互动的新场景。南都大数据研究院对平台“青少年模式”的持续观测已有两年。我们看到，在监管部门的指导要求下，模式规则历经数次升级；在部分平台的主动作为下，创新元素不断出现。在引导未成年人拼接世界图景的道路上，“青少年模式”冲锋在前。那么，在青少年模式的优化之路上，有哪些经验可供借鉴？强化模式引导如今年5月26日，抖音宣布升级未成年保护措施，14岁以下实名认证用户将直接进入青少年模式。据悉，抖音此次升级还包括设立青少年守护客服专线、亲子平台上线周报功能、在社区自律公约中新增《未成年内容管理规范》等。而在备受关注的青少年实名认证方面，今年6月1日，快手发布《2021快手未成年人保护生态报告》，报告显示，快手已上线“儿童实名认证通知监护人”新功能，在未成年用户做实名认证时，平台专门增加监护人授权环节。此外，快手还推出未成年人隐私保护模式，高度疑似未成年人的用户被系统识别后，其账号亦将自动开启隐私模式。加固防破解屏障青少年模式如何切实发挥屏障作用，一直是平台面临的技术“考题”。重置密码、一键退登、卸载重装，都可能成为青少年模式被轻易破解的助攻。 “为了帮您尽快找回（家长模式/青少年模式）控制密码，请准确填写以下信息，订单会在一个工作日内处理完毕”，当前，已有不少平台在找回密码方式上“设卡”。例如，酷狗直播App显示，在进行家长模式/青少年模式控制密码找回时，用户需要通过人工客服申诉，上传用户联系方式、注册信息、手持身份证正反面的照片等详细信息。腾讯视频则需要用户本人手持身份证和写有“仅用于腾讯视频密码重置”的证明文件拍摄一张照片，发送至专属邮箱进行核实。此外，也有平台基于“退出登录须输入青少年模式密码”“账号记忆青少年模式”“卸载重装再登录自动进入青少年模式”等方式，加固防破解屏障。丰富专属内容池跟踪观察来看，以YY直播等为代表的平台，青少年专属内容池的策划更为用心。如与7家广州博物馆合作，开展“与穗月对话——云游博物馆”“传递红色精神”等系列直播活动，普及历史、党史以及广州特色建筑文化等知识；落地宣传“非遗绣娘”，为青少年带来原汁原味的中国传统文化展播。重视分龄内容推荐此次测评中，共有8家平台为用户提供年龄段筛选功能，并针对年龄呈现对应的内容。根据观察，“爱优腾”等长视频平台在这方面优势明显。例如，腾讯视频（苹果端）少儿频道下设16个子栏目，视频内容除了传统少儿动画外，还包括英语、早教、数学、国学等视频。其少儿板块则根据年龄将内容划分为四个阶段，分别提供适合幼儿观看启蒙学习视频、功夫熊猫等经典动漫影片，以及适合年龄稍长青少年适合观看的传统文化动漫、国产特摄片等。此外，腾讯视频还会在“短视频”栏目中为青少年提供动画、儿童综艺、真人特摄等节选的短视频内容。优酷在App内提供儿童守护和青少年守护两种模式，同时照顾到青少年和少儿的口味需求。值得一提的是，优酷还专为0～14岁孩子开发了App”小小优酷”，覆盖国内外一线动画和教育课程，孩子们可以使用双语绘本功能进行分级阅读。App还每周推送“宝贝成长报告”，方便家长及时掌握孩子使用行为，并提供科学的观影建议。爱奇艺将0-13岁年龄段划分为四个等级，分级提供电影、有声绘本、儿童综艺、真人特摄和动画等视频。同时，在爱奇艺首页可以通过设置分龄推荐获得更精准的视频推荐内容。此外，如何提升家长对青少年模式的使用黏性，已有平台支招。如5月31日，抖音发布了《抖音家长手册》，分别从获取优质内容、亲子工具等方面介绍如何帮助孩子更好使用抖音。相关报道：
