Subscribe here: thehill.com/newsletter-signup.  Government sponsored vaccination programs are a hit in Tennessee for cows, that is.  While its human vaccination rate is among the lowest in the country, the state’s herd health program has kept cattle immunized against respiratory illnesses by reimbursing participating farmers up to $1,500 amounting to almost $500,000 over two years, according to The Associated Press.
