armstrong would have certainly lost his case in front of the u.s. anti-doping agency arbitration panel because the people they pick the arbitrators. he called it simply a kangaroo court. now there may 911 call inside the jewelry and western wear 3:50 this afternoon. caller didn't say a word. police officers were here in minutes. they say they found a 53-year-old hispanic male inside the store. he just wrapped up. it was a very thorough process. every street was accounted for. workers with the contra costa county mosquitos infected control district drove down every block within 3 square miles
