inning and somehow shoe. this afternoon a memorial for 65-year-old about at the china town r and d restaurant where the man known only as the chef had worked for 18 years. the owner says he was getting ready to retire. about juan had been a teacher in china before coming to the u.s. 37-year-old inning was a software engineer in emeryville where she was described as smart and quiet. police arrested 35-year-old the luck sunday on suspicion of 5 counts of murder. neighbor shot the video of s.w.a.t. team moving in for the arrest. neighbors of the western addition complex say the police broke down the back door to make the arrest. neighbor patsy brown lives a few doors down and says she can't believe luck has been arrested for murder. >> he just was hold a parking spot for my daughter. find a parking spot and would he like i'll hold the parking spot while you move your car and you know for ride on a motorcycle he said when you get time. i'll take you for a raid. >>reporter: leslie lives 2 block from the crime scene. she says she's really upset by the vicious killing and is anxious to know more from police. >> my parents are worried. my kids are nervous and scared especially we drive home and we see all the police here and tape here for the past three days. >>reporter: police have said only so far this was not a rap domestic crime. that the family was targeted. about the murder weapon? that it was not a gun but some kind of edged weapon that could cut someone. they haven't named that weapon yet. luck could be arraigned later this week. the police that made so much news. the neighborhood watch captain george zimmerman who says he shot martin in self-defense claims that the young man had him down on the ground trying to get his gun. florida for 6 year autistic son and has a five year old as well. her husband is british. and says he will take the boys to england if their mother goes to prison. choking back tears o'connor told the judge i can not say how sorry i am. that i did this. this is not who i am. i have no excuse for it. there is no excuse in the world for taking something that doesn't belong to you. she added i weren't to poll jaiz to the giants because i worked for an organization that i loved. as the victim an attorney for the giants urged the harshest penalty for o'connor saying the effect on the giants has been temperatures rate now in the 50's and here are the highlights. sprinkle late showers in the north bay tonight. rain spreads south tomorrow. we look at the showers diminishing as we head that your wednesday. hears satellite and radar. this is the storm we are watching. it has a lot of moisture to work with. and this one is going to be another drenching for the north way in particular. you see here on the computer animation clouds tonight. few showers in the north bay then at 5:00 a.m. the north bay is the area where you are going to see some wet pavement. so morning commute dicey up there. if it takes you through the area. cold front presses south but moisture doesn't vps rate away. not until the afternoon that the east bay and peninsula and south bay start to get some of the moisture moving into the area heavy rain along the front north bay and then at 5:00 p.m. you notice right along the cold front we see pockets of moderate to heavy rainfall here indicated in yellow. the cold front will continue to move on through behind it. we see showers for 5:00 a.m. on wednesday. so that commute is also looking sloppy. then we take you through wednesday afternoon where we start to see partial afternoon clearing so it is going to be an im practice. in the weather by 3:00 o'clock wednesday afternoon. rainfall total hig highest in the north by mountains up to 5 inches expected up
