outbreak of a rare parasite that s leaving many americans sick. cyclospora is causing problems and health officials are pinpointing prewashed lettuce as the possible cause. right now, there are 375 cases of cyclospora outbreak nationwide. 80% of those infected had eaten the bagged salad mix. it s not clear where the salad mix was sold or under what grand name. this is what they re investigating. defense team will argue over what is an appropriate sentence. the judge will decide whether to let the charges run concurrently or string them out. she will have to come up with a specific number, the
