it again. it is taken of pablo cortes as he drives over the howard frankland bridge. the posted speed limit is 65 miles an hour but according to the snapchat app, he was clocked at 115 and the video coconut palm drive. i will show more of the video. it was taken by his girlfriend, sitting in the passenger seat and you can see the speed filter on the app, it is popular. it shows as cortes hits 82 miles an hour and then 115. shortly afterwards, he lost control of the car and witnesses said they had no time to react. >> it was going so fast. it hopped behind me. i escaped. it's traumatic. >>reporter: the car slammed head-on into a minivan killing the mother and two of her children. they were coming home from church and cortes and his snapchat filter has been at the center of a deadly crash investigation and there are lawsuits because of it and people are pleading with the creators of snapchat to ask them to get rid of the speed filter. they said it promotes speeding. live in
