Officer randolph holder was shot and killed on the job tuesday night here in east harlem. Police have arrested 30yearold tyrone howard. He has been charged in holders death. This morning we are also getting a closer look at the three then police are trying to track down from the night of that shooting. Now, these men are not suspects but the nypd does want to talk to them about a shootout that happened before officer holder was killed. Police are asking anyone with any information on their whereabouts to give them a call. Were also tracking new information this morning a deadly shooting out of the bronx.
