Chupacabra Strain Review

Finding out that Santa Claus didn't exist hurt, but learning that there was no Loch Ness Monster or Sasquatch was crushing. The thought of a lone, final dinosaur of a creature in the wild — undiscovered by society — adds a spark to life that you'll never get back after it dies. A similar effect occurs the first time you get stiffed for an autograph by a celebrity, or when one of the Harlem Globetrotters hits on your friend's mom and she's totally down for it. (Never meet your heroes, kids.)
We didn't have Bigfoot or Nessie in Arizona, but we did have Chupacabra, the goat-sucker. Descriptions vary from lizard- to dog-like (the Southwestern version usually looks more like a dog), but Chupacabra is said to drink the blood of livestock, particularly goats, and sightings are most prevalent in Spanish-speaking countries. Although not as beloved in America as Bigfoot, Chupacabra might be right at home in the weed world, serving as the cleverly chosen name for a hybrid of Golden Goat and Gupta Kush. It's an even better word to hear out loud if your budtender has a thick Minnesota accent.

Blumhouse Pranks Us With April Fools' El Chupacabras Trailer

The internet was delighted by the fake trailer, with many wondering if and when we would get a real Chupacabra horror film.
Chupacabra Terror,
Blood of the Chupacabras, and
Chupacabra Territory focus on the monster, but they are mostly straight to video or TV movies. Considering how well-known the monster is, it’s frankly surprising that we’ve yet to see a big studio Chupacabra movie. After all, we’ve seen countless films about ghosts, demonic possessions, and scary nuns. We even have a handful of Bigfoot-themed horror films. It’s Chupacabra’s time to shine!
Or for that matter, give us an Avengers-style team-up of cryptids, like Bigfoot, the Loch Ness monster, Chupacabra, a yeti, and maybe throw in Mothman too. It could be a modern-day Monster Squad! Mothman’s got nards!

Chupacabra Blamed for Four Separate Livestock Killing Sprees at One Ranch in Mexico

In just three months, there have been three unexplained livestock killings in Russia, Chile and Silicon Valley that have been linked to the infamous blood-sucking cryptid known as the Chupacabra. In those same three months, there have been FOUR separate instances of unexplained livestock killings at a single ranch in Mexico. Are we seeing a Chupacabra uprising? Has the creature left Puerto Rico and moved to Mexico as its new home base?
“An unusual episode took place at the Santa Lucía ranch, located in the Mexican state of Veracruz. The owners report that a “strange creature” mutilated a large part of their livestock. According to local media, goats and sheep were found dead with surprising wounds that do not respond to the usual predators in the area.” (Google translation)

Alleged Chupacabra Photographed and Killed in Russia

Students of the cryptid known as the Chupacabra know that the legendary blood-sucking creature hails originally from Puerto Rica, has an ugly cousin in Texas and is blamed whenever and wherever livestock are found killed without any discernable cause. They also know that there are few legible photos of the creature outside of the mangy, sickly doglike ones in Texas, and the photos that are taken are generally of a dead animal … one that nearly always seems to disappear before any veterinarian can examine it or any DNA analysis performed.
Not this kind of sick dog.
With that out of the way, we head to Russia, where an unusual creature was shot in a forest in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Photos of it alive and dead were posted on social media (See them here) and spread quickly. Why did so many think it was a Russian Chupacabra?

Strange and Mysterious Photographs, Part 4 | Mysterious Universe

Now, we reach the 4th and final article on mysterious photos. This is a very interesting one, as it demonstrates something highly strange: somehow, animals have an uncanny knack of exiting their normal environments and popping up in the weirdest, and furthest away, places. I’ve been on many expeditions to Puerto Rico in search of the Chupacabra, and I’ve seen a lot and done a lot there, too. I have to say, though, it was a while before I came across a Cotton-Top Tamarin, a small monkey that is native to Colombia, South America! It takes its name from the mane of white hair that dominates its head. The location of the little find was Ponce, the  second biggest city on Puerto Rico – next to San Juan, of course. A bustling metropolis, Ponce has origins that date back to the 16
