　　这场与SM娱乐公司的官司于2016年以双方和解画上句号。法院判决，吴亦凡与SM的合约依然有效，有效期持续到2022年为止，SM将通过委托管理权的方式管理吴亦凡在日、韩以外地区的演艺活动，并且，吴亦凡不会再以EXO成员的身份进行任何的活动。
　　在等待法院审判结果的两年里，吴亦凡在国内的演艺事业一路顺风顺水。先是归为于2014年3月17日在香港成立的凡世星睿文化传媒(2015年更名为星睿文化传媒有限公司)旗下艺人，而这家公司的董事长，正是吴亦凡的母亲吴秀琴。
　　一个月后，内地也有一家“上海凡世文化传媒有限公司”注册成立，法定代表人吴林；2015年1月30日，北京凡世文化传媒有限公司注册成立，股东是吴林和吴秀琴。(吴秀琴于2016年退出。)
　　由于在自家公司当艺人，吴亦凡的自由度很高。他只是挂名自家公司，实际是以个人工作室的形式在内地活动。2015年6月24日，吴亦凡工作室成立，获得微博认证。即使与SM娱乐解约尚未成功，也频频有“贵人”向其抛出橄榄枝，其中，就包括华谊兄弟。
　　此时，国内粉丝文化和追星风潮逐渐兴起，电影市场呈现井喷式发展。面临与韩国完全不同的娱乐环境和审判标准，归国的吴亦凡迅速成为顶流，耀眼的镁光灯频繁打在这个前EXO-M队长的身上，流量也汇集到他的脚下。
　　2014年，吴亦凡在个人首部电影《有一个地方只有我们知道》中饰演男一号。该影片由华谊兄弟出品，上映后取得2.87亿元票房。吴亦凡也因此获得第3届伦敦国际华语电影节最佳新锐演员奖。而这部剧的导演徐静蕾，编剧王朔，都是“京圈”中响当当的大人物。

　　很快，著名导演徐克、周星驰也纷纷看准了吴亦凡。周星驰让他参演电影《美人鱼》，2015年8月6日，吴亦凡又进组拍摄由徐克导演、周星驰监制的《西游伏妖篇》，他饰演男一号：唐僧。
　　2016年6月，香港星睿文化传媒有限公司与上市公司文投控股股份有限公司旗下的耀莱影视文化传媒有限公司(以下简称“耀莱影视”)达成委托协议，香港星睿文化传媒有限公司旗下艺人吴亦凡的广告、电影演艺事务，将由耀莱影视全面代理。
　　耀莱影视并不简单，其董事长綦建虹背景雄厚，跟成龙不仅是商业上的合作伙伴，更是挚交。
　　吴亦凡签约耀莱影视后，冯小刚还在上海国际电影节“成龙动作电影周之夜”上喊话成龙“这是一大好事，看来你要把吴亦凡打造成一个能文能武的动作演员，希望你多提携他。”
　　除了有耀莱影视的培养，华谊兄弟的支持，乐视也在跟吴亦凡积极合作。2016年11月6日，乐视音乐联合吴亦凡工作室打造了“MR.Fantastic”2016吴亦凡新歌首唱&超级生日会，生日会当天累计直播8小时，乐视生态全终端与花椒直播总观看人数高达1637万，吴亦凡新歌《July》首唱同时在线人数逾153万。
　　几年间，不论是在影视剧发展、产品代言，还是粉丝规模，吴亦凡无疑是星途璀璨。不仅如此，好莱坞电影《星际特工·千星之城》导演吕克贝松对他高度认可、成为NBA全明星赛的第一位中国明星、“世界互联网大奖中最受关注男演员”、“2016年腾讯娱乐年度之星”、集一线五大女刊与五大男刊满贯第一人、入列美国福布斯发布2017年30岁以下杰出人物青年领袖榜等至高荣誉纷至沓来。
