classified document was in the earlier public release of these e-mails. but it has yet to be determined whether any of these 305 that have now been flagged actually contain classified information, ayman. >> and there is anything legally that can come out of this process? >> well, and not the lawsuit itself. the lawsuit is a foye request but there is a separate investigation now by the justice department about whether classified documents could have been mishandled by being put in a private e-mail system are indeed any e-mail system that wasn't a classified state department system. and potentially if the government concludes that people did so on purpose, put classified information in it, then i suppose they could face some criminal exposure. former secretary clinton has always claimed that she never posted anything knowing it to be classified, that to her knowledge nothing in the system was classified. now the question is should some of these things that were put into her e-mails have been
kelly's colleague, there's sure to be plenty of questions. not just about them, but what about their boss chris christie and how he was running things. this is the legislative committee obviously, but of the four people that i mentioned, if to you're the u.s. attorney, which of their pieces of testimony, assuming they comply, would you be most interested in? >> i would actually be interested in christina renna. i say that because we know what foye is going to say. foye is going to say he found out the about the lane closings, he was furious, he writes a scathing e-mails. he has an opinion federal and state laws are violated. but i think u.s. attorneys are going to have their own opinion and don't need him to say what the law is. and i think we can also expect that drewniak is probably going to be pretty protective of chris christie, notwithstanding his fascinating language at times which, of course, is something that paints a picture of a mean spirit that could be relevant at some date as the dots are connected. i think what's important is

covered in the national media. when it comes to surviving as governor, i don't know how this kim guadagno thing is going to work out. the problem with this thing is, these high-powered lawyers and developers always have cozy relationships at the top. most of the time that stuff just happens and nobody notices, but now with the spotlight on it, all these things are going to be coming out that just look bad for him, and he could be in real trouble himself because "the wall street journal" reported that shortly after the port authority executive director testified that there was no traffic study, which there wasn't, christie called governor cuomo and he said, "the post" reported, that in that cover christie asked cuomo to call off foye. now that really looks bad. christie has denied it, cuomo has been not committal on it, but that was the sort of thing
