rock slides to happen so we'll be following this story, the remnants of hilary now in idaho which is crazy but we still have the potential of heavy rainfall in parts of the southwest and up towards the northern rockies so we have flood warnings in effect. we will see the results, the impact of what is now remnants storm. here is a look at the gulf of mexico and the atlantic. getting in that busy tropical season. we do have harold going to impact southern texas and we have franklin and gert and a couple of disturbances off the coast of africa. bottom line is we are watching harold, the imminent threat versus south texas. brownsville, corpus christi, starting to see the outer bands. this is a 45-mile-per-hour sustained wind storm and i do not think it's going to meant much stronger than that. the good news is it's beneficial rain for texas. it's not going to cause a whole lot of issues. the benefits are better than the risks with that storm. let's put it that way.
