Police have now apprehended the shooting suspect, 26yearold andre gordon, after hours of intense standoff he reportedly shot three of his family members, he then carjacked a driver at gunpoint and fled to new jersey where he was tracked to a home in but he somehow managed to slip out ofeh the home but was eventually apprehended nearby. Reporter yeah, jonathan, we learned about this within the last 20 minutes. He somehow managed to slip by s. W. A. T. Mpresence, not to mention the fbi who had a presence here and was apprehended. Surrendered without incident, basically gave up,su and is nown police custody. One thing that was not made clear, whether he was apprehended with any weapons he may have had on him at the time of his h surrendering. So now what were seeing is the dismantling of the scene. Moments ago, nbc news learned donald trump posted a bond of over 91 million in the e. Jean carroll case, just days before it was due on monday. Lets get right to msnbc legal analyst Glen Kirschner and our correspondent lisa rubin on the phone. Lisa, first, what do we know, what can you report . This morning, ana, alina habba, one of trumps lawyers, the lead lawyer in the e. Jean carroll case, filed a motion with the court to post a bond in the amount of 91 million and 630,000 as well. That represents the total amount that would be required to obtain a stay, pending appeal, in this case. The judgment as you will recall was 83. 3 million, usually a defendant has to post more than 100 of that to obtain the 630 necessary ....

Yeah, i mean, this is the culmination of a two and a half year Criminal Investigation that Fulton CountyDistrict Attorney fani willis has been overseeing.
