　　7月4日，就在中国全国民众喜庆中国共产党建党100周年的时候，中国又喜上加喜，那就是“神舟”十二号上的航天员们成功出舱并返回。不过，世界之大，无奇不有，这一天，印军内讧了，美国警察与武装分子街头对峙。
　　一、中国航天员出舱，中国造“飞天”舱外航天服帅呆了
　　继2008年“神舟”七号飞行乘组完成20分钟出舱任务13年后，中国航天员于今年7月4日再次执行太空出舱任务，此次任务规模与复杂程度不可同日而语。
　　此次中国空间站上的2名航天员刘伯明和汤洪波身着新式舱外航天服，在太空使用站上机械臂辅助，停留了大约7个小时之久。
　　他们在舱外进行了设备组装、全景相机抬升等任务，这一举动，不仅检验了我国新一代舱外航天服的功能性能，同时也检验了航天员与机械臂协同工作的能力及出舱活动相关支持设备的可靠性与安全性，为空间站后续出舱活动的顺利实施奠定了重要基础。
　　据悉，之后还会进行此次任务中的第二次出舱作业，主要是进行舱外操作、在轨维修等试验。
　　
　　
　　刘伯明和汤洪波出舱执行任务时，另外一名航天员聂海胜留在舱内进行配合。刘伯明出舱后感叹，“太空太漂亮了”。
　　据介绍，新一代“飞天”舱外太空服重达130公斤，能满足身高1.6米到1.8米的人穿着。其还可以按照每位太空人的体型进行调节适应，关节小型化，穿着它工作起来更轻松，这套航太服可以单次让太空人在舱外停留8个小时。
　　虽然中国太空站的设计规模小于美俄主导的国际空间站，但是其很可能有会取代即将退役的国际空间站。
　　
　　二、为军种作战宗旨，印军闹内讧了
　　最近，印军正在进行战区重新划定，而各军种为争夺军事资源异常激烈，而各军种对作战宗旨的认识也是不同。
　　7月2日，印度国防部参谋长拉瓦特在智库全球反恐委员会（GCTC）组织的活动上谈及印度军队“战区化”相关争议时称，印度空军是陆军的“一个支持部队”，就像炮兵和工程部队一样。但他们有其作战宗旨，他们有空军的作战宗旨，并且在行动时支持地面部队。这是他们必须了解的基本宗旨。

　　给印度空军这样的一个定位，印度空军十分不满，印度空军总司令巴达乌里亚当天就进行了反驳。
　　而这被外界认为，印军将领闹内讧了。
　　巴达乌里亚称，“空军不仅仅是一个支持的角色”，“空军在任何综合作战领域都有着巨大的作用，这不仅仅是支持的事。”
　　
　　每个国家进行军事改革，都会有争议和矛盾，但让人不可思议的是，印军却把划分综合战区司令部的矛盾闹得全球皆知。
　　目前，印度海陆空三军有各自不同的司令部。印度空军担心其军事资产被分配给拟议建设的战区司令部。而战区司令也将直接向三军参谋长委员会报告。而拉瓦特在会上阐述印度空军的作用时，就提到战区司令部将研究该国领空的整体管理。
　　三、美国警方与武装人员高速公路对峙，11名武装人员被捕
　　频频拿人权对他国说事的美国，最近好像闪了一下腰。
　　7月3日凌晨1点左右，马萨诸塞州一名州警看到两名男子在95号州际公路一侧的故障车道上给车加油，于是靠边停车协助他们。这名警察随后发现，车上的人穿着军用战术装备，且手持长枪或手枪。
　　
　　
　　他们自称是“摩尔人崛起”组织的成员，要从罗德岛出发去缅因州进行“训练”。
　　州警要求他们出示身份证明和枪支许可后，他们逃跑到了95号州际公路附近的树林里。随后，这些武装分子与美国警方持枪对峙9个小时。最终，美国警方逮捕了对峙的11名武装人员。
　　
　　对峙期间，警方只好关闭了对峙路段的州际公路，而周围居民也被通知就地避难。
　　这些人称其是“摩尔人崛起”组织的成员，该组织是一个不承认美国法律的组织。一名被捕的武装人员曾发布视频，宣称他们并非反政府、反警察人士。
　　不过，美国警方称，“虽然他们没有造成任何威胁，但这些人应该被视为持有武器的危险人物。”
