Inmate at santa clara main county jail. Three correctional personnel are suspended and charged with murder in the case. Another inmate, walter roaches, who died this week. The investigation into that continues. The coroner just confirming this week that the death was cause cause was inconclusive. Its been a tumultuous week at the sheriffs office.
