i think when somebody has gone through a trauma they need to slow it down and look at it. the first thing you do when you're dealing with somebody who has been through something this traumatic is you listen and ask questions and get out all of the experience. then they go over it two or three times and a little symbol of reassurance, a pat on the hand, or a hug, let people cry. that's the first stage of the whole thing. and then it takes longer. i'm sure these families are going to really reflect very deeply on their relationships with each other. that mom was very upset, and i'm sure they're going to hug each other a little more closely tonight. >> i'm wondering, too father, all those sandy hook families and how they're feeling a day before their anniversary, year ago today, those little children were alive. >> yeah. >> what do you say to them? >> you look into the mystery of life and love and hope. i think this where is our faith
