maybe i'm hearing things or people will mock you. when you say i'm crazy, i'm starting a prayer room. 11 churches, 24 hours a day and seven days i week. i contend it will get wilmington through this. before i heard the story, i was praying at the chalkboard. and i wrote that a nation may see wilmington. that was my prayer. when i walked in the room, i could feel it and i could feel that what is happening in this town is you are not dividing yourself by politics or anything else. you're coming together and recognize who is in charge and getting the job done.
>> prayer room. >> glenn: it's right across the street. you walk out of this hotel. a prayer room. it's 1:00 in the morning and i walk in the prayer room and there are people at all of these chalkboards. i immediately feel at home. it's heaven. heaven does have chalkboards. they're in front of the chalkboards and i talk to robin. i sit in front of the shaukboard. somebody that is playing music there. live music. like the truman show where the guy is playing live music in the background. people are praying for people all around the city. like they're having this problem or whatever and they write it down. people pray 24 hours, seven days a week.
when you told me that story i went that's why i'm here. that is why i'm here. you come and witness it. christine, where are you from? [ inaudible ] how far is that? >> nine hours. >> glenn: you drove her yourself? >> i did. >> glenn: why did you come here? >> i attended restoring honor by myself and it was one of the most moving experiences. then i came here and not really to see you.
