racing, churchill downs is suspending all racing operations following a disturbing series of horse deaths. cnn's carolyn manno has more. >> as you might imagine, the home of the kentucky derby has been under tremendous scrutiny in recent weeks and they are going to temporarily pause all racing operations beginning on wednesday until they can figure this out. churchill downs says it's going to conduct a top-to-bottom review of all safety protocols. the racetrack says that an internal review and investigations from regulatory organizations have not found a single factor that could be identified as a potential kcaus for the deaths, for have they discovered a pattern. the races will stay suspended until july until they can find some answers. elsewhere, more devastating news, a 6-year-old horse died on
