it was that they could get it done. he announced days before that he would sign it. he had a ceremony. invited three homophobic men who have gone out of their way to make gay people in indiana miserable to the ceremony. that's what they did. you can't defend it. it's undefensible. if they didn't solve the problem companies and associations need to move out of the state. >> arkansas is on the verge of passing a law similar to indiana's. will you boycott arkansas too? >> listen, i don't think we we'll support any state that's prepared to discriminate against the citizens of connecticut. religious freedom is protected already this the united states. it's in our constitution. it is in most state constitutions. you know when you ask these questions, it's like you think this is gray. it's not gray. we already have constitutional guarantees and freedom of religion. what they are doing now and let's go back to arizona.

legislature pass a law that guarantees people they will be free of oh discrimination based on their sexual orientation. many states have done it. the reality is he got caught. when he got caught he didn't realize even as late as sunday hi got caught. he gave a disastrous interview on national tv where we he wouldn't say he was against discrimination. it's time for the people of indiana to admit this is an unbelievable embarrass to their state. a state that houses the ncaa headquarters. if indiana doesn't say they are going to ban discrimination based on sexual orientation the ncaa needs to move out of oh indiana. indiana houses the home offices of most fraternities and sorority s sororities sororities. it guarantees people they will be guaranteed of discrimination. the fraternities and sororities need to move out of indiana.

anti-depressants and other medications they have not reported to the f.a.a. and clearly it's a violation of the law. this is a tox screen on a dead person. there isn't thinking to do at that point. if there is an indication of the rates of not reporting among the living it's high. when i was inspector general we did a push to try to clean up the pilot self-reporting. if you lie on that form it's a felony. it's a false statement to the government. we found for example pilots also didn't report drunk driving convictions and run-ins with the law, domestic abuse situations where they were suspected of violent behavior. so failing to report things on those forms was rampant, widespread and the f.a.a. really just didn't get that concerned about it. >> you think about it from the other side. it's easy to say mental health records should be available to your employer. when all is said and done many employees wouldn't like
