Can the Abraham Accords withstand the Democratic Party's left-wing wave?

Can the Abraham Accords withstand the Democratic Party’s left-wing wave?
It’s astounding that the American left slams Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia over human-rights issues, but are more than willing to ignore the brutality that Iran shows its own people.
(January 10, 2021 / JNS) After Georgia’s runoff election and the victory of Rev. Raphael Warnock over Sen. Kelly Loeffler, American leftists in the Democratic Party immediately called for radical legislative action to ram through the entire agenda of President-elect Joe Biden.
This includes ending the filibuster, packing the courts and adding new states, such as Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico, to assure that Democrats end up with between two and four additional U.S. senators. It makes one wonder how such radical actions will impact U.S. foreign policy, especially towards the Middle East.

Rev. Raphael Warnock Could Flip a Georgia Senate Seat

Georgia Sends a Preacher to Washington
Anger over Donald Trump’s leadership created an opening for progressives to flip formerly solid-red states such as Georgia—and reclaim the identity of so-called values voters.

Editor’s Note: This piece was originally published on August 23, 2020. On January 6, 2021, Raphael Warnock, a Democrat, was the winner of one of Georgia’s two Senate runoffs. Read Emma Green’s profile of the pastor, who is poised to become the first Black senator from Georgia.
ATLANTA—In late July, Democratic political giants filed into the towering sanctuary of Ebenezer Baptist Church to mourn the death of an era, and to declare a new one to come. This is the church where Martin Luther King Jr. once preached, and where Representative John Lewis, the civil-rights icon, was now being laid to rest. Lewis’s pastor, Raphael Warnock, stood before the congregation in a black pulpit robe with Kente-cloth panels and lamented the cynicism of this time in American politics. “In a moment when there are some in high office who are much better at division than vision, who cannot lead us so they seek to divide us,” he said, “here lies a true American patriot.” As former President Barack Obama took the lectern, he turned to Warnock, locked eyes, and pointed.

Donald Trump: The Man Who Lost Georgia | National Review

(Leah Millis/Reuters)
It had been 24 years since a Democrat won Georgia’s electoral votes when Joe Biden claimed them two months ago, and the last Democrat to take a Senate race in the Peach State was Zell Miller in 2000 — a conservative who supported George W. Bush’s 2004 reelection effort. Enter Donald Trump, the man who lost Georgia.

To be sure, Trump’s stewardship of the party has had political benefits. He attracted a new set of previously disengaged voters and was able to compete in the Blue Wall states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. He also made valuable gains with Latinos in Florida and Georgia. Those gains have come at a significant cost in the form of both suburban losses and Democratic enthusiasm. That’s why the president lost the popular vote in 2020 by over seven million votes despite receiving 74 million himself, a number that would have set a new record were it not for Biden’s performance.
